Venus Fly Trap information for guided reading or non-fiction plant project.
I used this with my class for research purposes, before we created a pop-up non-fiction book.
The children were so inspired that some even made their own pop up book at home!

Seaside themed pictures to classify into ‘Living’, ‘No longer living’ and ‘Never living’.

Children sort the cards into their animal groups and discuss common features.

My Year 2 children created their own tables on this section or a Venn dagram with wood in the overlapping section, following observations and discussions.
